In Minsk there will be a meeting of the international contact group on the settlement of the fall in the Ukraine. It will involve the ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma, Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov and the OSCE representative, Heidi Tagliavini. The position of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk national republics will be Deputy Prime Minister DND Andrey Purgin.
