Ukraine needs to adopt a new defense doctrine, which clearly must be determined that the Russian Federation is an aggressor country, said Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

" The country needs a new defense doctrine with a clear definition of who is the aggressor and who is the threat. In the new military doctrine of Russia should be recognized as the country-aggressor and the only one that threatens the territorial integrity and national security of Ukraine ", - said Yatsenyuk, speaking at a government meeting on Wednesday.
