The government of the Russian Federation instructed the authorities of the Crimea and 10 areas for which the size distribution of Ukrainian immigrants is 0% or 0 01%to encourage settlers to move in those subjects of the country where it is implemented the program of assistance to voluntary resettlement of compatriots by sending them out of the temporary accommodation centres in three days.
