The Association of European businesses (AEB) again agitating heads of state and government of the EU, Russia and Ukraine to separate business from politics and to waive economic sanctions, as well as to develop a new line of conduct to resolve a conflict situation in Ukraine, according to the report of the AEB.

The Association advocates the head of state and government of the EU, the USA, Ukraine and Russia to develop a new line of conduct, which would stop the conflict in Ukraine, to separate business from politics and to find a common, mutually acceptable solution in the spirit of peace and reconciliation, " said the report.

first of AEB already addressed the authorities of the EU, the Russian Federation and Ukraine with a request to protect foreign investors from all countries from any further retaliatory punishment.

" After the publication of the decision by the EU on the introduction of new economic sanctions against Russia, AEB again confirms its position against any economic penalties and any limits on free trade and investment, as well as the de-escalation of tension between all interested parties, " the statement said.

The European business is confident that despite the punishment, Russia will remain a strategic partner for the EU institutions.
