Punishment in Western countries will not affect Russia's position in the global trade arena, however, the preservation of the current state of Affairs is a risk, said the Minister for trade of the Eurasian economic Commission Andrei Slepnev in the process of the forum on the Competitiveness of Russian businessmen in international markets.

According to Slepnev, the full effect of punishment, which entered against Russia today, will be minimal in the short term and very limited in the medium.
