Kiev asks Stockholm for help with gas Kiev intends to ask the Stockholm arbitration court to release the provisional determination of prices for Russian gas until such time as the fate of deliveries of blue fuel from Russia is not completely solved. For all this to settle a financial disagreement Ukrainian authorities intend to or through the Tribunal or diplomatic ways.

Before made the final decision about the supply of domestic gas to Ukraine, which should make the Stockholm arbitration court at the suit of the Ukrainian side, Kiev asks him to release interim determination of cost and supply conditions. This, expect the Ukrainian political figures, will help the country in the short opportunities.

Ukraine assumes that the EU will help her to get out of misery, formed in the country in consequence of the refusal to pay the debt for gas supplies. "We have 2 options to solve this problem: option 1 - we, together with the European Union have a joint energy policy with the aim to sign a provisional agreement on natural gas supplies until such time as the Stockholm arbitration Tribunal irrevocably decides the dispute between "Naftogaz" and "Gazprom" - quoted by RIA Novosti, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk. Kiev, apparently, is not able to carry on a conversation with Moscow without the help of others.

"Version 2 " if such agreement cannot be achieved within the scope of the tripartite format, where Ukraine and the European Union have a joint position, and the 3rd party is Russia, Ukraine to apply to the Tribunal to obtain a temporary solution, which would set the time value and conditions of supply of such natural gas before making the final verdict of the Stockholm Tribunal," said Yatsenyuk. Therefore, whenever developments are the biggest expectations of the Ukrainian government lays exactly on the court decision.

"Gazprom" translated "Naftogaz" to advance after the Ukrainian side is not systematically repay debt deliveries of blue fuel from Russia. In the end, the Ukrainian company appealed to the Stockholm arbitration a claim to review the agreement for the supply of gas. Namely, Naftogaz requires to lower the cost for gas and to pay Gazprom $ 6 billion. Russian concern among other things addressed in the Stockholm arbitration court with a claim to "Naftogaz" of debt, which at the time of prepayment reached $ 4.5 billion.
