The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the Law " about the cleansing power ".
" The law defines the legal and organizational framework of the audit of public officials and persons equated to them, officials of local governments to restore confidence in the government and create the conditions to build a new system of government in Accordance with European standards ", - reported in the report on the Internet office of the President. The Verkhovna Rada on 16 September 3rd attempt passed a Law on lustration - the cleansing power. Legislation is proposed to carry out the procedure appropriate checks when dealing with the possibility of appointment of a person to a particular position in the government. According to the Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, under this law is subject to 1 million different kinds of bureaucrats.
