According to Napolitano, to resolve the conflict in the Donbas a common effort of the EU, transatlantic brotherhood, Ukraine and Russia.

The leaders of Russia, Italy, Germany, France, great Britain, Ukraine and nearly 50 countries will participate in the tenth, which takes place in Milan on October 16-17. Meeting in the multilateral format of the presidents of Ukraine and Russia is scheduled for October 17.
