Experts in shock from the military methods of Kiev The international organization Human Rights Watch during the week were investigating. Experts confirmed that more than 12 cities, located in the East of Ukraine, were used cluster bombs, with evidence pointing to the use of prohibited ammunition by security forces.

The human rights organization Human Rights Watch said that the Ukrainian security forces in early October 2014 was used in the Donbass cluster munitions.
