The European Commission has made a proposal to the European Company bought gas for Ukraine and then resold it, said Vice-President of the European Commission g?nter Oettinger after the tripartite talks-Russia-Ukraine-EU gas.

" We made an offer: if Naftogaz will Not be able to pay, the European Firm can take on their own shoulders payment of this gas and then resell Naftogaz. It is also possible that the fee for the transit of gas from Russia can be used to pay for gas, " said Ettinger at a press conference.
