The first batch of the 4th humanitarian convoy in the South-East of Ukraine will arrive in Rostov region on Wednesday, said Last news on Tuesday, the Deputy head of the EMERCOM of Russia Vladimir Stepanov.

" We expect that tomorrow night the convoy is already in the Rostov region in the village shops ", he said, noting that the humanitarian convoy will go to Donetsk and Lugansk.

Delivery is made " in consultation with the Ministry and the Red Cross."

Before Moscow three times already sent humanitarian convoys in victims from fighting the self-proclaimed Republic of Donbass. Two brought aid in Lugansk, one in Donetsk.
