The Ukrainian government has ordered industrial, power generation and heat generating company to acquire the industrial gas exclusively from the NJSC " Naftogaz of Ukraine ", reported in the first day of the week the Cabinet of Ministers resolution.

Install that from 1 December 2014 to 28 February 2015 industrial, power generation and thermal generation (industrial gas) companies on the list, according to the application are required to purchase natural gas at a guaranteed supplier of the national joint-stock organization " Naftogaz of Ukraine ". The purchase of natural gas from other suppliers of natural gas is prohibited " - said in a statement published on the Internet representation of the government.

Accordingly, his Cabinet decree ordered the gas distribution and gas transmission companies in the period from 1 December to 28 February of the following year to perform in accordance with the laws of the transportation of gas to the industrial, power generating and heat-generating (industrial gas) companies exclusively using the resources of " Naftogaz ".

The operator of the gas transportation system of Ukraine instructed to adopt, in accordance with the legislation, the planned distribution of natural gas solely from the NJSC " Naftogaz of Ukraine " for the industrial, power generating and heat-generating plants.

Local authorities are obliged to ensure that the above company has concluded for the period of the contract of purchase-sale of gas to Naftogaz.
