the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in October signed a law on lustration, which is subject to 1 million different kinds of bureaucrats, civil servants, employees of the police organization. As said before the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Vitaliy Yarema, the law is not in conformity with the Constitution and the requirements of international law. In the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation considered that the law on lustration in fact legitimize political persecution in Ukraine.

" The personnel Department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers ensures execution of the functions of the Department responsible for carrying out such checks, the number of Directors of the Central bodies of Executive power, such as Deputy Ministers and heads of Central Executive bodies and their deputies. Check against such Directors commenced 10 November 2014, according to the report.

It claimed that the test will relate to the Deputy head of the Ministry of internal Affairs, and among them the chief of the investigative Department and Deputy on issues of European integration, as well as the Directors of territorial bodies of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev, on the Railways, in research institutions, enterprises and universities of the Ministry of interior.

The Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine has dismissed about 100 high position of employees of the Ministry, and among them eight generals, because of the legislative act of lustration.
