The Kyiv economic court arrested the money " Ukraine International airlines ' (UIA) in the Bank " Finance and credit " and banned the country's largest air carrier to open a fresh account.
The decision was made to ensure the claim of the first Deputy Prosecutor of Kyiv in the interests of the country in the face of the State aviation service of Ukraine to recover from MAU 5 million 375 thousand UAH 15 million 942 thousand), reports UNN. The necessity of taking such action, the plaintiff argues that it MAU not paid voluntarily compulsory payment fees received from sale of transportation services, in the amount of 5 million 375 thousand. In his vision, it indicates the deviation of the society on payment of money in the State special Fund for the payment of the national expenditure on aviation activities and participation of Ukraine in International aviation organizations. In addition, the court considers, as it increases the probability of the cast to harm the interests of Ukraine, for example, non-payment of large sums of money in the state budget. The decision on the claim came into force on 18 November and is able to be appealed in the manner provided by the Economic procedural code of Ukraine.
