In Russia will be created the Council for the development of educational robotics - this decision was based on the results of the international innovation forum "Days of robotics, in Sochi, held in the Olympic capital from 21 to 23 November. Prospects for the development of educational robotics at the Forum were discussed by the representatives of government, business, science and education.

The Forum was organized by the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation with the support of the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of communications and mass communications of the Russian Federation and the Administration of Krasnodar region. In the role of the Executive Directorate of the Forum was organized by the Association of the enterprises of the industry of children's products.

In the business program was attended by nearly 500 people. Their reports were submitted more than 70 speakers. The forum was attended by the Minister of education and science of the Russian Federation Dmitry Livanov, Minister of communications and mass communications of the Russian Federation Nikolay Nikiforov, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich.
