The head of the Donetsk national Republic Alexander Zakharchenko has signed a decree On the introduction of external public management at the enterprises of fuel and energy, oil and gas and coal industries DND.
Zakharchenko has signed Decree N 25 " On the introduction of external public management at the enterprises of fuel and energy, oil and gas and coal industries in pursuance of the resolutions of the Council of Ministers DND " On the transition to public ownership of the Donetsk national Republic property of Ukraine " and " On the sequence of introduction of the temporary state administrations on the enterprises of fuel and energy, oil and gas and coal industries ", informs the press center." The adoption of this Ordinance aimed at preventing the export of property and documentation of state-owned mines and coal and energy organizations in the former property of the country Ukraine, as well as increased surveillance of the circulation of the products of coal mining, energy and oil and gas plants, according to the report. The decree comes into effect starting from the time of its signing. Supervision of the implementation of its vested in the Acting Minister of energy Eugenia Vanickova.
