The state Duma has moved the date of entry into force of the law on personal data. According to him, data storage domestic residents should be executed only on the terrain of our country.

The lower house of Parliament voted for the transfer of the law in the 2nd and 3rd reading. If previously he had run from 1 January 2015, but now will take effect from 1 September 2015. Earlier date of entry into force of the law have already migrated, but at an earlier time. Originally its implementation was planned from September 1, 2016.

The law requires not only save personal data of Russian citizens on the ground of our country, but also to provide information about the location of these databases. Also, he gives Roskomnadzor right on the basis of a court decision to restrict access to information processed in violation of the law in the sphere of personal data. The bill involves the creation of a "Registry violators of the rights of subjects of personal data" - the "black list" of websites that violate this law.
