International payment system Visa was disconnected from the service of the Crimean banks due to sanctions by the USA against the Crimea, according to the official message of the organization.

" In accordance with the sanctions the US imposed against Crimea on December 19, 2014 edict No. 13685, Visa currently unable to provide the service and to offer their products in the Crimea. This means that we can no longer support the issuance and acceptance of cards in the Crimea, as well as their service ATMs, " says Visa.


Western countries since March has repeatedly imposed punishment on a number of Russian politicians, businessmen and organizations because of the position of Russia in Ukraine.
