" Our main goal now is to try to win the total corruption in the defense Ministry. I'm not a court, not an investigator, but estimated can say that about 20-25% of all money allocated for defense, stolen, " he noticed Biryukov, quoted by TASS. In his vision, now no need to look for examples of bribery, and to make " no more " cut of the money." The Ukrainian Parliament adopted the budget for 2015 with an unprecedented level of military expenditure. The entire defense will be spent 90 billion or 5, $ 6 billion. 80 billion will go specifically on defense, 6 billion UAH will be the warranty. According to the Secretary of the Council of national security and defence, Alexander Turchinov, Ukraine in 2015 will be spent on defence 5% of GDP. For example, the defense budget will amount to 3% of GDP and budget security is another 2%.
