The last decision was not in favor of Russian organizations - Rivne economic court of appeal on November 25, decided to return the pipe to the ownership of Ukraine." Transneft's decision was appealed to the Supreme economic court of Ukraine.

Grishanin reminded that the Company started the procedure of displacement of the pipe diesel Euro-3 "in the direction of Hungary in order to start filling the next class fuel" Euro-4 ".

" About 100 thousand tons of fuel left in the pipe (on the territory of Ukraine - ed). We believe that it is an attempt of theft, because 100 thousand tons is supposedly 100 million dollars.
