The bus in Volnovaha by negligence of the security forces could be undermined by the mine, should as part of the preliminary report of the investigative group of commissioners of police, prosecutors and specialists of the Ministry of defence DND.
"The nature of the damage in case of bus fragmentation, the height of their penetration and hole diameter allows to make a conclusion about his defeat of the regular engineering munition (directional) type of MES, which are adopted in the combined branches of the military might of Ukraine," reads the document, which cites " Donetsk news Agency ".
