Media: almost thirty percent of Ukrainians were not able to pay for utility service
Almost thirty percent of Ukrainians did not pay for utility service in November last year, says the Ukrainian print edition.

according to the state statistics service, 28, 3% did not pay for utility service after increasing taxes. In November 2013, the figure was 1, 2%.

the head of the Ukrainian analytical center Oleksandr Okhrimenko believes that people have nothing to pay, because they do not increase wages.

Ex-Minister of housing Alexey Kucherenko also believes that the debt inhabitants will grow.

for his part, the head of Supervisory Board of "Kyivenergo" Ivan Plachkov believes that the debt will lead to irreparable consequences.
