According to data of the Federal service for Hydrometeorology and forecast the environment, Moscow is waiting for a cold snap, which will start from the middle of the week. On 22 January the temperature can drop to minus 17 degrees.

The hydrometeorological center of Russia published weather monitoring in Moscow for the period from 19 to 25 January. According to the data of the monitoring service, after a relatively warm start to the week the capital waiting for a sudden cooling: the temperature can drop to almost minus 18 degrees.

The night of 19 January, the thermometer will reach 4 degrees, but the day will rise to the zero mark. With all this weather forecasters promise that in the Moscow region will be cloudy, seats will not be very great snow, and highways can be formed ice. Tuesday, January 20, will be somewhat colder at night and day temperatures will range from minus 3 to minus 5 degrees. In addition it is expected cloudy weather with snow in places likely to be cleared up. On the highways as before will remain the risk of the formation of ice.

A significant rise is expected in the middle of the week - January 21. According to the monitoring center, the temperature will range from minus 12 to minus 14 degrees. The day also will be cold from minus 8 to minus 10. Together with the Moscow expects partly cloudy with snow and ice on the roads.

22 January, according to data of the hydrometeorological center, the cloudiness will decrease and precipitation will cease. At night, the temperature will range from minus 12 to minus 17 degrees, and in the afternoon from minus 8 to minus 13.

At the end of the working week, the night will be at 1 degree colder from 18 to 13 degrees. Day fluctuations in temperature will fall somewhere between minus 10 and minus 15. In the night of January 23, forecasters expect partly cloudy, no rain, and the day will be cloudy, places will be not very heavy snow.

According to the monitoring, a weekend in the city of Moscow will be no rain and partly cloudy. On Saturday, January 24, the temperature will be from minus 13 to minus 18 degrees at night and from minus 9 to minus 14 in the afternoon. Sunday night will be marked by the frosts of minus 10 to minus 15 degrees, and the day - from minus 8 to minus 13 degrees.
