Moscow agitating parties to the conflict in Ukraine not to miss the opportunity for removal of heavy weapons, according to the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation issued on the first day of the week.

" We strongly urge the parties to take advantage of the resulting real opportunity for withdrawal from the conflict zone of deadly weapons and thereby carry the risk of further casualties among the civilian population. Currently, it is an absolute priority. The implementation of this step will provide an opportunity to build trust and create favorable rules for the performance of other provisions of the Minsk agreements, " the document says.
