Ministry of Interior Affairs officials in Chechnya were ordered to shoot those who cover faces by masks.

"I ordered to shoot those who will appear on settlement streets in masks no matter who they are or who they represent", - stated minister of Interior Affairs of Chenchnya Ruslan Alkhanov.

"The one who is afraid to show his face is bandit. We are not afraid of anyone and act according to law. Any operation we carry with open faces. We protect our people, order and constitution and we will not let anyone to commit crime on Chechnya territory hiding in mask".

From beginning of year 113 participants of illegal soldiers groups were killed in republic, including 16 leaders. Among them are Yunadi Turchaev, Rizvan Chitigov, Alvi Tasuev and Sultanbeck Mamsarov.

The losses among illegal soldiers can be compared with losses of law machinery. From beginning of year 104 policemen died performing their official duties, 230 were injured.
