PACE will create a Commission for the promotion of the Minsk talks on Ukraine
The parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe is going to make a Commission in the framework of the Assembly for the promotion of Minsk negotiation process on the settlement of the situation in Ukraine, said the head of the international Department of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev at the meeting of the division on the first day of the week. The Senator referred to the statements of MEPs.

He also said that the PACE plans to invest in the Russian Federation, two delegations - in the case of the Ukrainian pilots Hope Savchenko and Crimean dossier." Already there were statements about what is being offered to send us two delegations - Savchenko and Crimean dossier, " said Kosachev.

The head of the Department said that the Russian deputies will discuss further work in the framework of the parliamentary Assembly and of the Council of Europe on the results of the January session of PACE. He noticed that the members of the Russian delegation " worked in the hardest voltage, it was a very difficult situation, and all that it was possible to create - it's done." The Senator also expressed appreciation to the delegations of PACE from other countries who share the position of Russia, and " took upon his own shoulders the courage to confront mass psychosis ".

The Senator recalled that against limits the rights of the Russian delegation expressed Authorized Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Serbia, Montenegro, Turkey. The vast number of authorized delegations of Austria, Iceland, Sweden, the Netherlands and Croatia supported the punishment is relatively Russia in the framework of PACE. Presumably equally divided votes of parliamentarians in the delegations of Germany, the Czech Republic, Norway, Denmark, said Kosachev.

He also noted that Russian MPs should be discussed and the contribution of the Russian Federation, which is one of the top five taxpayers in the Council of Europe.
