The OSCE representative, Heidi Tagliavini, and the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Ukrainian side, the ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma has consistently left the place of negotiation of the tripartite liaison group on settlement of the situation in the Donbass.

Meeting in Minsk complex " Diservis Hall lasted about 2 hours. On completion of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the self-proclaimed DND Denis Putilin said that he and Commissioner LNR Vladislav Danego gave the other persons present negotiations, the draft Protocol on the settlement of the situation in the East of Ukraine, those, for its part, promised to give the answer after the break.
