The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision to create a reserve Fund of natural gas and fuel oil in the amount of 1 billion dollars in loans under government guarantees, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

"In order to pass the next winter, now the government is thinking how to provide energy security of the country, for this reason, one billion dollars is the amount that will be applied on the purchase of a strategic reserve of natural gas and fuel oil. This winter was winter and the following will stick it out, " said Yatsenyuk at the meeting of the Cabinet.
