Vice-President of the United States Joe Biden was in the center of a scandal after the swearing-in ceremony for the new defense Minister powers Ashton Carter. Biden was behaving strangely towards his wife the new head of the Pentagon.

The conflict happened in the White house. When Carter began to thank for the support near Biden called Stephanie Carter. After the fairer sex came up and stood before him, the Vice-President put his hands on her shoulders, and the head of the Pentagon continued to own it.

After a few seconds Biden whispered something embarrassed the lady on the ear, without having to remove your hands from her shoulders. The wife of the Minister of defence only nodded in response, but her face was visible, how embarrassing it was signed by the Vice-President of the United States, reports Fox News.

This is not only a funny incident that happened with Stephanie Carter on this day. When she got out of the car, drove up to the White house, then slipped and fell. After laughing, the lady joined her husband, who was waiting for her on the stairs, informs The Daily Mail.

Remember candidacy 60-year-old Carter was nominated to the post of Minister of defense of the United States President Barack Obama in late 2014. Carter is familiar with many American politicians, even in Congress, and is an experienced Manager.

Last week the Senate virtually unanimously confirmed in his new post is made against only 5 legislators. Speaking at the White house, Carter announced, it is a great honor to become the new Minister of defense of the United States.
