Militia in the near future will give the Ukrainian military surrendered in the area of Debaltsevo, Ukrainian human rights activist Viktor Medvedchuk, said Deputy commander of the militia DND Eduard Bacurin.

"All Ukrainian Soldiers who voluntarily discarded weapons and surrendered to the people's militia in the district of Debaltsevo, will be in the near future transferred to the Ukrainian human rights activist Viktor Medvedchuk," said he.
