The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will meet on Wednesday with security forces that left Debaltsevo.

"Tonight, I convened a meeting of the Council of national security and defense. Currently I go to the front to meet with those who came from Debaltsevo, " said the appeal of the Ukrainian President, the text of which was published by his press service.
