Negotiators "channel four" at the level of Ministers of foreign Affairs agreed to the country as soon as possible have extended the mandate of the special monitoring of the OSCE mission in Ukraine, said the head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation S. Lavrov Century Tuesday correspondents.

"We have urged the OSCE in cooperation with the joint center on regulation and implementation to provide assistance to the process of withdrawal of heavy weapons and advocated that, as instructed leaders on 12 February in Minsk, our countries in Vienna made as soon as possible the renewal of the mandate of the special monitoring of the OSCE mission in Ukraine, the allocation of additional staff, additional equipment and additional charges," said Lavrov.
