Amnesty international believes truce in Ukraine " very fragile "
International human rights organization Amnesty international believes that the achievements in Ukraine, the truce is fragile, and Minsk consensus does not answer the question about the responsibility of those who commit lawlessness in the process of this conflict.

Speaking about the situation in Ukraine, senior Director of Amnesty international studies Anna Neistat said that the organization would peek over the course of the conflict from its beginning, and its researchers are working in the area of conflict. According to the Neistat, human rights activists have recorded violations of humanitarian law by parties to conflict - indiscriminate attacks, attacks from densely populated areas, the use of prohibited weapons.
