Larcher: deputies of France will be able to monitor the execution of the " Minsk-2 "
The head of the Senate of France g?rard Larcher hopes that the French MPs will be able to watch the progress of the Minsk agreements in the framework of the OSCE parliamentary Assembly.

Larcher on Wednesday spoke during the plenary session of the upper house of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation: this is the first in the history of the Federation Council of the speech of the head of a foreign Parliament.

"We hope that our MPs will be possible in the framework of the OSCE parliamentary Assembly to observe the execution of this agreement. I own side will come to Berlin next week to discuss with their colleagues from the German Bundestag corner, fundamental aspects of this contract, which are the basis of security in the European Union, " said Larcher, speaking at the plenary meeting of the Federation Council.
