Hollande: to weaken sanctions against Russia needs the de-escalation

The head of the French Republic Francois Hollande in a telephone conversation with President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev expressed the view that the issue of the weakening of the punishment relative to Russia can be a full ceasefire, the withdrawal of heavy equipment and de-escalate conflict in the district of Mariupol, said the press service of the head of Kazakhstan.
