MOE urged the Red Cross to help Ukrainian refugees in the Russian Federation
The Minister of emergency situations Vladimir Puchkov hoping for more active cooperation with the international Committee of the red cross (ICRC) in providing assistance to Ukrainian Refugees in Russia.

now in 76 regions of Russia in the temporary accommodation centres are about 29 thousand IDPs from the South-East of Ukraine, more than 9 thousand of them children.

"We plan to continue to help people, who were forced to leave the South-East of Ukraine and in Russia. We will be happy if the ICRC will join in this work and more energy will interact with the EMERCOM of Russia ", - said Beams at a meeting with the head of state, the ICRC Peter Maurer.

Puchkov told that the EMERCOM of Russia together with the FMS conducted a large-scale efforts to provide assistance to Ukrainian Refugees.

"We have deployed and stationary, and field temporary accommodation centres, organized the necessary assistance to the victims, and most of these were women, children and the elderly. For them, it was organized food, medical care, psychological support, " said the Minister.

Refugees provides free SIM card, so they can communicate with family and friends, who are both in Russia and in Ukraine and other CIS countries.
