Lavrov and Kerry stressed the need to implement the Minsk agreements
The head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation S. Lavrov Century, said that at a meeting with U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry stressed the need to implement the Minsk agreement on Ukraine from February 12.
