Poroshenko and Merkel consider it necessary to increase the OSCE mission in Donbass
The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and German Chancellor Angela Merkel in a telephone conversation on Thursday stressed the need to increase the number of OSCE observers in the Donbass, in order to accelerate the deployment of observation points on the contact line.
