The Pecherskyi district court of Kyiv Vovka was removed from the investigation
Higher qualification Commission dismissed the Judge of Pechersk district court of Kyiv Serhiy Vovk from office for two months, reports TV news (TSN) of the Ukrainian TV channel".

"Today, 10 March, the Commission suspended the Judge of Pechersk district court of Sergey Vovk from office for two months," reports TSN.

The judge dismissed in connection with criminal proceedings. Vovk some time ago convicted ex-interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko and two years earlier deprived of housing in Kyiv Pechersk teacher Nina Moskalenko.

For the case of a teacher and his haunts the Prosecutor's office. Wolf suspected in the resolution originally an unfair judgment in a civil case, which has deprived the rightful owner of his property.
