The Authorized representative of the self-proclaimed Luhansk national Republic in the Contact group Vladislav Danego doubted that Kyiv will have time in life to fulfill its obligations under the complex of measures on the Minsk agreements.

He said that there are not more than three days prior to the expiration of the 30-day period since the signing of the new edition of the Minsk agreements and until March 14, the Ukrainian side has undertaken to find out the list of territories covered by the special status according to first adopted law of Ukraine.
