The second report of research Foundation of democracy "Military lawlessness of the Ukrainian security forces: torture and inhumane treatment" will soon be submitted to the office of the high Commissioner of the United Nations on human rights to draw attention to violations of human rights in Ukraine, said at a press conference in Geneva, dedicated to the presentation of the report of the permanent Commissioner of the Russian Federation to the UN and other international organizations Alexei Borodavkin.

"Not only will we give up this report with a cover letter to the Office of the high Commissioner of the United Nations on human rights, but we will hold a proper conversation with the high Commissioner and his staff to point at the most terrible lawlessness that is in it (the report) appear to be the maximum to draw attention to these facts
