Osipov: Tiraspol and Chisinau quashed the prosecution of bureaucrats
Tiraspol and Chisinau overturned the decision on criminal sanctions bureaucrats from Transnistria and Moldova, said on the last working day of the week Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister for reintegration Victor Osipov on the results of the negotiations with the foreign Minister of the unrecognized Transnistrian Moldovan Republic Nina Shtanski.

last week Osipov and Shtanski held the 1st meeting, during which discussed organizational issues of further interaction in the negotiation process. Based on its results, Osipov told reporters that the parties expressed their intention to start a dialogue in the format " 5 2 ". In the negotiation process involved Moldova and Transnistria as the parties to the conflict, Russia, Ukraine and the OSCE as mediators, the European Union and the USA as observers.

"We agreed to forego criminal prosecution for political reasons. Similar steps were taken by the Transnistrian side, " said Osipov.

Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister said that on Friday the meeting the parties agreed on the organization of work of the expert groups.

"We came to a consensus about hold an extended meeting with the participation not only of the heads of the working groups, but also their other commissioners," said Osipov, adding that the meeting was very important in the context of the dialogue between Chisinau and Tiraspol.

He noticed that at the meeting were presented real challenges in the field of Economics, transport, telecommunications, postal services, customs cooperation, and education and fighting crime.
