"In accordance with the applicable contract, you have the option to offer in excess of the prices according to the formula than $ 330. Then there is the possibility to provide a discount of $ 100. If the value of the formula will be below $ 330 contract stipulates the possibility of providing discounts on the export tariff in the amount of up to 30%, as export tax is 30%, " said the Minister, reports the news Agency ".
