Every third visitor took an advantage of "day of grace". 44 organizations of bath industry (53 bath-houses) render bathing services in St. Petersburg, 28 of them (34 bath-houses) serve the visitors at the fixed tariffs. Provision of washing places is 1,42 per a thousand people, which 9,2% more than a standard rate.
