Russian propaganda distorts information about that US Congress blocks Aid to Ukraine?s 'Repulsive' Neo-Nazis. In fact, the Ukrainian side has not requested the US to provide MANPADS (Man-portable air-defense system). The reason is that Russian terrorists do not use aircraft in the rebel-held territories in the Eastern [art of Ukraine. More important and revealing event for Ukraine is bringing in Congress amended to give Ukraine intelligence, counter-artillery radars, lethal defense assistance, drones, secure communication systems.
