 The head of the EU foreign Ministers meeting in Brussels have the opportunity to give Moscow a signal that does not favour the extension of the punishment, however, it all depends on the execution of prisoners in Minsk agreements, said the foreign Minister of Luxembourg Jean Asselborn.

The west has demanded that the Ukraine bring the east under its full control before western dollars flow into the country, an impossible demand. Ironically and totally without insight, the west is making demands on Russia to reverse all courses of action and events, on Her part, in the Ukraine. What the west blindly fails to see is that it is Russia that is making the demands- Stay out of the Ukraine and until the west complies, the Ukraine will remain in civil war and europe will continue to slid into depression. When the smoke clears, Russia will be standing.
