Burgin: DNR skeptical of the idea of the European Union on the referendum
The head of the National Council of the self-proclaimed people's Republic of Donetsk Andrew Burgin said that DNR skeptical of the idea of Kyiv to hold a referendum on gosustroystve Ukraine.

Adopted by the contact group for a settlement of the situation in the Donbas on 12 February, the Complex of measures on execution of the Minsk agreement also implies that for final resolution of the conflict situation in Ukraine should be prepared and carried out the constitutional reform, which should be deep decentralization of public administration.
Poroshenko 3 March signed a decree on the establishment of the constitutional Commission, which will develop changes in the Basic law. Director, approving the composition of this Commission, has stated that it expects the operational development of the project on decentralization of Power.
