The international Committee of the red cross will need to increase its budget in Russia to provide aid to victims of conflict in Ukraine, said the Deputy head of the ICRC regional delegation in Russia, Belarus and Moldova Barbara Amstad.
"as the demand quantities in the Donbas and the Russian side, was greatly superior to what has been laid in our budget, we will receive a budget increase," said Amstad at the meeting of the Department of public support for residents of the South-East of Ukraine in the Federation Council.
in her expressions, the ICRC launched an appeal to donors to provide additional funds.
Amstad stated that the ICRC supports 36 to the thousands of victims of the conflict in Ukraine, and among them those who were forced migrant within the Russian Federation.
