It is assumed that the list of articles of the Criminal code, according to which "returnees" will be released all sins, will appear in the bill at the second reading in the Duma.
"This is the list of articles of the Criminal code, which, we believe, should be attached exactly in the law. Articles only 8", - said the head of Budgetary Committee of the state Duma Andrey Makarov, speaking in the house of Commons on the scale zero reading of the bill.
The one who will willingly return the capital in the Russian Federation, will be exempt from liability for evasion from payment of customs duties, taxes or fees individuals, concealment of capital and otherwise, reports "Interfax".
In early December last year, President Vladimir Putin called for a large-scale offshore Amnesty. The main condition of its application, the head of the country called the return of the withdrawn capital in the Russian Federation, stressing that it is "absolute pardon".
Deputies offer Amnesty to release from liability for future violations: evading duty on the repatriation of funds in foreign currency or SLE of the Russian Federation (article 193) evasion of customs payments (article 194, part 2 and part 3), evasion from payment of taxes or fees of an individual (article 198), evasion from payment of taxes or fees to the organizations,the failure to perform the duties of a tax agent, concealment of assets or property of organizations or personal owner, which should be collecting taxes and fees (199, 199 approx. and 199.2).
Another 2 articles deal with illegal formation, creation, reorganization of legal entity: 173 Prim and 173.2 part 1 - the illegal implementation of documents for the formation, creation, reorganization of a legal entity.
