DNR appealed to the OSCE and SCCC with a petition to investigate the shelling of Donetsk

The self-proclaimed authorities of Donetsk national Republic was sent to the OSCE and the joint center for control and coordination (SCCC) handling of petition for an open investigation of the shelling of Donetsk by Ukrainian security forces in the night of Sunday, said the Plenipotentiary representative of the Republic in the Contact group on the peaceful settlement in the Donbass Denis Putilin.

"This morning we have sent appeals to the OSCE and SCCC to conduct a public hearing of the night shelling of Donetsk. Observers are obliged to disclose all the names of those guilty of gross violation of the first 2 points of the Minsk agreements ", - quoted Pushilin.
